Until last year, I had never encountered any particular problem, I had always been very satisfied with the support. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated for a few months. Let me explain, at the reception of the depot, there are 2 people who share the post. A gentleman who is very professional has been in this position for several years. And, there is a new person, a blonde lady, who started in this position a few months ago. Initially, she learned the job and everything went very well. Currently and for a few months, she has acquired a very good command of the position. But since then, she has shown a certain arrogance towards customers. it's a shame, she systematically keeps customers waiting, sometimes they even forget to give packages, but very rarely twice in about 4 months... What bothers me is that she gives the impression that we did shit... In short, this contrasts enormously with the warm care of his colleague. Also having a job, I'm often pressed for time, I find a great way to keep customers waiting while she giggles on the phone with a customer asking where her package is for 5 mins.. Can't she just say your parcel should arrive tomorrow morning, call us back to confirm, thank you goodbye and take care of the people waiting in front of her? Added to this the lack of courtesy and annoying him, I let you imagine the picture.. I have nothing against her, but I'm disappointed in the end..

A beautiful bunch of incompetents!! My address supposedly does not exist so my package remains in the depot without even being informed. I call customer service 3 days in a row to confirm that my address is correct and I give them a number so that the delivery person can reach me. No news from the package. I call customer service to change the place of delivery since finding my address or even contacting me is beyond their area of ​​expertise and since then I call customer service every day who tell me that my package will be delivered the next day and that for a week !! Fortunately, I don't work like that with my clients. Bunches of incompetents!!!

I am teleworking, I confirm my presence at my home, no call from the delivery man. My access path has a surveillance camera, no delivery man showed up ... It is better to choose a relay point delivery by another provider, it will be cheaper!
