Hello everyone, Regularly, I work with this depot to retrieve packages, create labels and ship my various packages. Until last year, I had never encountered any particular problem, I had always been very satisfied with the support. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated for a few months. Let me explain, at the reception of the depot, there are 2 people who share the post. A gentleman who is very professional has been in this position for several years. And, there is a new person, a blonde lady, who started in this position a few months ago. Initially, she learned the job and everything went very well. Currently and for a few months, she has acquired a very good command of the position. But since then, she has shown a certain arrogance towards customers. it's a shame, she systematically keeps customers waiting, sometimes they even forget to give packages, but very rarely twice in about 4 months... What bothers me is that she gives the impression that we did shit... In short, this contrasts enormously with the warm care of his colleague. Also having a job, I'm often pressed for time, I find a great way to keep customers waiting while she giggles on the phone with a customer asking where her package is for 5 mins.. Can't she just say your parcel should arrive tomorrow morning, call us back to confirm, thank you goodbye and take care of the people waiting in front of her? Added to this the lack of courtesy and annoying him, I let you imagine the picture.. I have nothing against her, but I'm disappointed in the end..
