I am very disappointed to know that such a company can exist. I placed an order on the internet and it should be delivered by the company FEDEX. The package never arrived at the destination. Customer service is very rude and does not hesitate to lie. Impossible to know where my package is after 2 weeks on their premises. I had to call the website to make another delivery by the DPD company so that I could have my order. FYI FEDEX bought TNT so it's the same company.

Excesses!! parcel marked as delivered to me today when this is not the case. Like the other customers, I stayed at home and in the end nothing was delivered (already 1 day late). But where and passed my parcel ???

But what is this agency?? they take your packages from their warehouse and tell you that the address is wrong so that you can pick up your package yourself!!!! they are dishonest people! Beware of this carrier!
