Not a very good'un. I think they have some issues with locating parcels on the system. They then have to look for them in that giant warehouse manually by tossing about all the undelivered packets which is time consuming...

Parcel arrived at the warehouse last night but not delivered today (parcel which is already a day late). The day before the weekend, we decide to pick up our package. We then discover another dimension.. a parallel universe that I cannot describe! We therefore recovered our package for which we paid for home delivery.
