I bought a book on Amazon and TNT said it has been delivered on my letter box.. but there was nothing in my letter box, nor in those of my neighbours. I opened a complain with TNT... and they replied that the driver confirmed the delivery! So now I opened a dispute with Amazon and I need to way.. I precise that my letter box is metallic, solid, and that I am the only one with the key.

1st passage without being warned, the delivery man calls me and offers me a second passage. He came the next day as agreed. To carry my parcels because I am pregnant and even advised me to check because a box was slightly damaged. I think in view of the other opinions to be falling on the good deliveryman.

When you pay for home delivery, it's not for nothing. Two days in a row that I have to do the work of the driver to pick up the package at relay points. I'm a driver, I've never done that! Your drivers are good for nothing. Don't tell me there was no one at my home there were people. It is shameful

I used the home pick-up service, TNT never came to pick up the package and did not reimburse me for the amount paid despite my numerous telephone and written reminders, scammers there are no other words!
