I was supposed to receive a package but the guy dropped it off at a pickup point because, supposedly, there was no one there. The guy sees it's a building and doesn't even bother ringing the intercom. We were present ... Big nonsense!

fraudulent! I ordered my commercial street TV, and to be delivered on 11/03/21 and instead of fedex / tnt to contact me to ask me if I am at home for the delivery, they just sent me a message asking me to contact them for delivery or I come to their office in .Rouen even if I live in Le Havre. and the phone number costs more than 2 euros per minute. it is a fraud after paying 29 euros for delivery. logistics in France are a joke and fraudulent.

A delivery supposed to be made on Friday but no one came by, we request a redelivery and delivery incident, the packages are lost. Customer service hangs up when you ask for information. Too bad we can't put 0 stars

Worst delivery service I know, avoid at all costs When will your delivery people be able to use what is called "an intercom" or "a doorbell"? I advise you to put this skill in the CV for the next hires because it becomes intolerable and unacceptable 4 times in a row that I am delivered by you and same problem as the others, we are supposedly "absent" because of a door close? intercoms still exist in 2020 thank you! Fed up ! And now it hangs up as soon as you call customer service!
