Like most of the other comments, the delivery man never came to my house! I was telecommuting all day. I just received a text message at 11 a.m. to tell me that my package had been dropped off at a merchant. As a result, I have to take the car to pick up my package because it is impossible to transport on foot. And I paid for delivery!! It is shameful!

Very disappointed with the tnt agency, my package was scheduled for December 14, I was present at home and the delivery man did not ring, I called the tnt agency in Poitiers, he left me 20 minutes on hold to just say hello. and after nothing more I called back a second time and waited 20min again just to say hello to me and to style you can't hear me, so thanks to them I have to pay more than 10€ outside the package to not have them on the phone... I feel like it's done on purpose just to be able to take money.

Friendly and efficient staff. Small suggestion, could you update the schedules? On Google closing at 7:30 p.m., arrived at the agency small sign next to the door, closing at 6:30 p.m., having arrived at 6:35 p.m. I had a little balls!! 😁😁 (Especially when you're not next door...) thanks in advance
