thieves !!!! and I affirm it with proof, their modus operandi: 1st day, the customer is absent - 2nd, the address has an anomaly - 3rd day, we change the number of the delivery note and we modify the address and we do believe that the package has been delivered. I just went to see the person at the wrong address, he obviously refused the package and tnt tells me that I have been delivered...... The trick is good! I will file a complaint with the gendarmerie if there is no news and I will immediately notify the DGCCRF

Delivery postponed by one day last week for overloaded tour. The next day the delivery man declares to have passed to deposit the parcel. No video recording of its passage and parcel deposit within 12 km in parcel relay. It's too easy to do that. You have to change jobs. Question total dumbness of TNT .... I have been a pro customer for 7 years with TNT. Such behavior is unacceptable.

I have been waiting for my package for more than a month, supposedly "delivered (on 06/29/2022) at the reception" of my apartment, which does not have one. I see that I have an invoice for customs duties. I make a transfer in doubt. Next. I make a claim online, I'm waiting. An agent who comes to my house to ask me what happened and who tells me that he will put the package in "Lost" status. Then another call to confirm. A few days later the status changes from "delivered to reception" to "hand-delivered". I start again. Online complaint, online chat that ignores you, call via paid hotline that ignores you. It's a shame !!! For me, I've had enough. I will file a complaint with the police station as well as with the DGCCRF (General Directorate for Consumer Affairs, Competition and Fraud Prevention).
