The delivery man could not find my address and could not call me because the number provided by the sender was wrong ... Paying phone number, that's really not great. The package remained several days without moving, I went to the Cahors office (Jardel) with the sincere intention of complaining, but impossible! I was greeted by a very nice and helpful person, who told me that they had spent the entire previous day looking for a way to contact me (but they couldn't) and so I was able to get my package back. Negative posts on google had left me a little hopeless, so I'm putting a little more positive post to tell you that if your package doesn't arrive, there are really people behind out there looking to get it to you!
