I initially thought to put 1 out of 5 because pb on the delivery (the deliveryman who is supposedly passing but no notice of passage or call to the videophone), paying telephone service and very difficult to reach. After 5 days without news I end up going to the agency. I came across courteous and competent staff. They even helped me load the package which had been with them for 5 days. So mixed results, hence the 3 out of 5. @tnt: please put a free phone line to reach the agencies directly! !! @to my delivery man: .... Not serious 😡 @to the gentlemen of the agency: thank you so much 😊
