Package that was to arrive at bi1 at ancy le franc order placed yesterday the relay point appears except that today by picking up my package the bi1 refused because now it stops the service! A shame, I had to go to nitry to get it to get it today.... Welcome to TNT, competent staff. I recommend.... On the other hand the bi1 to avoid!......

Total aberration at the price where the deliveries are invoiced, it is serious not to have the service that goes with it. We have to travel to Nitry, 15 km from Avallon, to pick up your package. bad can run away.

The delivery men take the customers for idiots, liars and my words remain correct to avoid !!!! After doing a neighborhood survey, they didn't see any delivery guy coming to my house. You wait for them all day and we send you an email specifying the undelivered package for the following reason: Absent. Already experienced this 3 times. Agency that I strongly advise against 😠😠😠

The delivery man does not bother to ring, supposedly leaving more than 3 non-existent delivery notices. Each time new date scheduled for the next day without a time slot, so all day at home waiting in vain. When I call to find out where my package is after 4 complaints by email, I am given an after-sales service number that does not correspond to the seller from whom I made my purchase, also an unassigned number. I receive a message on February 9 saying that my package was delivered to me personally and signed for, while I was in the hospital all day on said day. After another complaint I receive an email with a proof of delivery supposedly signed by me. It is February 18 and I find my package crushed and soaked on the ground in the rain (probably thrown over the 2 meter high gate) while it contains an electronic object. Approximately 10 days of research, complaints and calls surcharged at 40 cents per minute for delivery scheduled within 3 days maximum after purchase. 1 star because I can't put zero. More than shameful of this agency.
