SMS received to inform me of the delivery of my package, me and my wife are at home, no delivery person has come to our home, no one, no delivery notice in the mailbox, I receive a new SMS telling me that I am absent and that the package could not be delivered, notice of passage deposited, totally false. I had to travel 25km to pick up my package at the agency the next morning, and yes it was a FedEx Express service and I needed this package quickly... I award the only mandatory star to the staff of the agency that kindly took the time to look for my package. When I read the other reviews, nothing surprising, it's a usual delivery procedure, if they can remove tours by operating in this way, it's more economical ... Notice to quality managers at FedEx, as well as to their customers: do audits to bring up these problems which at present are unacceptable for such a large delivery company.
