Disgusted by the service. Waited in for 2 days. No delivery, contacted fed ex who first advised I missed the delivery. I did not . Then advised it would be delivered the following morning again it didn't arrive. Contacted them again and was advised it be the afternoon again it didn't arrive. I was then advised it was at the depot and for me to collect. After waiting on the phone for 30 mins was advised it wasn't at the depot and would defiantly be delivered between 4pm and 5pm. I have been been on the phone to them numerous times and been told various things. I now have to return to the UK and have no idea where this parcel is. Do not use companies that use fed ex delivery service. Update I have now received the order. Much later than advised and outside of normal delivery times. Thank you for delivering but could have been much easier and less stressful .

Parcel supposedly delivered when it is nowhere. The tracking indicates delivered at 4:02 p.m. while I was at home, logically there was a need for a signature for the deposit, but I did not sign anything, but it is indicated that I received the package. It's nonsense, you steal the packages?

Too bad it's not possible to put zero stars! FedEx, the worst delivery service ever! Parcel indicated as delivered and above all signed by me, which is not the case! Pitiful customer service .. Paid number which moreover leads to nothing, Chat which always answers to look at the follow-up! My package crossed the globe quickly and seems to have disappeared between Guipavas and Douarnenez!

SMS received to inform me of the delivery of my package, me and my wife are at home, no delivery person has come to our home, no one, no delivery notice in the mailbox, I receive a new SMS telling me that I am absent and that the package could not be delivered, notice of passage deposited, totally false. I had to travel 25km to pick up my package at the agency the next morning, and yes it was a FedEx Express service and I needed this package quickly... I award the only mandatory star to the staff of the agency that kindly took the time to look for my package. When I read the other reviews, nothing surprising, it's a usual delivery procedure, if they can remove tours by operating in this way, it's more economical... Notice to quality managers at FedEx, as well as to their customers: do audits to bring up these problems which at present are unacceptable for such a large delivery company.

Huge lack of professionalism! Zero call from the delivery person to inform of the delay. Do not know found addresses. The delivery guy doesn't even call if he sees anyone. Passing notice and basta without even wondering if we weren't in a field to take care of the horses. In short, very bad delivery company. For having done so, I do not recommend!
