But what a dismal service. A most pitiful telephone reception, no hello on the phone, an unpleasant adviser, and I'm not even talking about the delivery management. They only deliver on weekdays, so it's impossible to reschedule a weekend delivery. Apparently, I must be the only one in France who works during the week? I also cannot have it delivered to my place of work. The only solution, to pick up my package at the drop-off center which is... 1 hour's drive from my home. And the counselor I had was laughing on the phone because I couldn't get my package. In the end, return to sender. And a small complaint as a bonus.
