FedEx in the USA is superb. In Europe, it's too often a bad joke and the Perpignan branch fails to impress. According to the website, it's open on Saturdays from 09.00 - 12.30 which means that if, like me, you happen to work Monday-Friday this is your only opportunity to send something via FedEx. But when you arrive, if there's anyone there at all, you get told it doesn't serve clients on Saturdays. As is so often the case in Europe, the staff are unhelpful and unwilling to perform their jobs properly. I can't understand how FedEx tolerates such abysmal performance.

Good reliable delivery service , if you miss a delivery its easy to pop right by the airport , nearly at terminal to collect your parcel.Parking outside too

I would have put zero stars, but unfortunately there is no such choice. The delivery men, a disaster, He calls me on the phone, he hangs up impossible to reach him. I'm at my home I receive a message that my package is delivered to a relay point. If I ask for home delivery, it is precisely to avoid moving. If I could put 0 I would put No to shit I'm at home, the delivery man supposedly passed. He did not sonnet nor call. Customer service over the phone is absolutely useless. And I haven't received my package yet, it's been supposed to be delivered for 12 days, really bad.

Incredible, I received an email informing me that my package was delivered. After dispute, the account manager sends me an email with proof of delivery that I have already disputed (the signature is not mine) by writing as if we were friends Smiley understood. He hires teenagers at FedEx? Parcel not received and given the team I am not ready to receive it, with the holidays approaching, it is difficult to find this amusing.
