If there was an option to put no stars, that's what I would do. Every time I deal with FedEx, it never goes as planned. You are told a day and a time, so you block your half day, or even a whole day, and in the end you receive a "Delivery exception - Customer unavailable or company closed" notification when you have not moved from your home and there is a bell at the door. And when you manage to reach customer service, you do not hear or understand what your interlocutor is saying. Disastrous service.
