The only delivery service whose delivery people don't call before coming by, the guy left the moment I arrived, and he ignored the signs. Impossible to reach anyone to ask if it is possible for him to come back (delivery for professional needs, the guy was 30 seconds away, it could have been quickly settled, especially since he arrived before 2 p.m.). Surcharged number, and anyway it does not answer, the service hangs up automatically (3 tries anyway). In short, not terrible.

Delivery with a week delay already and no evolution on the status, no one knows how to inform. Neither in an agency nor on the premium rate number. "We'll call you back"! Which never happens! Claim made, no return.... Who controls all this???? Nobody??!!!

And even if we can put 0 stars that would be more realistic. Parcel between Roissy and Clermont, which arrives in Clermont then 10 days later leaves again for Roissy. 2 complaints made in 1 week and no coverage. No email, no phone call, that's inadmissible. 15min waiting on the phone with no one while the call is off hook. Worthless and inhumane!

My package is noted on the tracking as being at their home for 1 week and no possibility of reaching them by phone to know if they intend to deliver to me one day !!
