I purchased a snowboard and the merchant sent it via FedEx. I followed the tracking number and I could see when it was supposed to be delivered. I left the gate open and waited for the item all day. At 4:33 i got an email saying that it was delivered but nothing had arrived. FedEx said it would not be able to to help. And just likethat it was stolen. If you are a thief, FedEx is a great place to work because they will stand behind you.

Today we had a large pick up from our house in Cotignac. It is difficult to find on the edge of the village. For the FIRST time in a year of Fed Ex delivery or pick up we had a driver who called to ask for final details on our location. He understood just enough English and my limited French to find his way very quickly. He arrived in 5 minutes with ease. He was polite, friendly, efficient and very professional. His name is Kevin and he deserves driver of the month for his service today.

Until yesterday , August 31, I was receiving several messages from FedEx that my parcel was on route for delivery and that it will be delivered to me the same day by 6 p.m. This morning, September 1, I received email from FedEx informing me that parcel was delivered to my address on August 31 at 11 a.m. and received by "ER". I have never received this parcel and there is nobody named "ER" at my address

Colie deposited in the Brignoles agency because the relay point provided for delivery is closed. So I wanted to go to an agency to pick it up. I contact the agency all day without result, no one picks up. I decide to move, it is 30 minutes from my house. Arrived on the spot I was informed that I cannot have my package because it is planned to be delivered to the relay point despite the package being in my name and that it is I who is paying the delivery costs. A shame so I have to wait for it to be delivered to the relay point and that I move to pick it up 20 minutes from my home. Despite my requests to contact the supplier, they did not want to know Tebé agency instead of being helpful and a merchant. I will never go through fed ex again and I contact the supplier to tell them to do the same so as not to lose their customers
