Unbelievable ! The tracking announces a passage of the delivery man while we were present. He didn't see fit to ring or call us. Impossible to contact the customer service which does not bother to try to reach you either ... and makes the decision to return the package to the sender (over the Atlantic). Notorious incompetents. RUN AWAY

If it was possible to give 0 I would have given, the delivery man did not even ring the doorbell to deliver me when the hall door was wide open, left me a voicemail with incomprehensible French, easily leave a notice of passage I enter the site so to resume this one does NOT WORK, I call no one answers me, service at the top of the worst!

Hello, I'm not used to leaving comments (of any kind as my gg profiles can attest) but I find the behavior of this company to be at least cavalier or close to abusive invoicing, nevertheless I don't would not go to the procedure for 12 euros, but if this comment can direct you to a competitor when you have the choice (because obviously that is not always the case)! I received an invoice 2 weeks after delivery... (never seen that, if there are customs clearance fees, they are generally paid on delivery). Customs fees 6 euros (without other proof than a "screen print" from their software...and an invoice of 11 excl. tax!!) In the end, quite surprised, since until then there had never been any (but my previous orders from this supplier had probably not been taken care of by this company, and, second question mark: I received a invoice and not a customs receipt, or any admissible proof...) Obviously invoice completely in English, except the "late penalties will be applied ...", strange anyway!! In short, times are tough for everyone, but in transport, it seems that some companies have found a way to remain profitable!! but also to make you want to go see the competition!!!
