Here is a carrier that has solved its carbon impact problems! The trucks are clearly not leaving the depot... Package left at 9:47 a.m., returned at 9:49 a.m., the driver did not find a building of 400 housing units... Two days in a row! So you have to go get your package yourself, trying not to disturb too much while you're having fun in the corridors. In short, if you don't want to receive packages at home, go through them!

Incompetence combines with laziness at a level that I have rarely seen in messaging, and gives birth to dishonesty... Parcel from Japan, arrives in Roissy in a few days, then leaves for Honk Kong, then arrives in Belgium, then returns to France, after several incomprehensible days.... Then arrived in St-Quentin and there, the trouble really starts. Parcel to be delivered on a Monday: the delivery man claims not to find my name (clearly visible, legible, and the only one on 3 aisles of buildings, no homonymy). Calling (overcharged call) to FedEx, fighting with the infamous autoresponder, being promised next day delivery. Tuesday: the new delivery man doesn't even come, nor does he make any calls, while someone was waiting at home on purpose, and as a bonus, he dares to apologize on the tracking "Recipient absent from home"! Second call (overcharged), second call from the answering machine, once again a guy on the phone on the other side of the world who promises that it takes too long to have the package delivered to the nearest agency and asks if that really bothers me to go pick it up in St-Quentin... that's 40 km from my home, so think that it wouldn't bother me! As perhaps I should have taken days off to wait for the delivery man who would come (or not) depending on his mood. But the after-sales service guy still promises on the moon that delivery will take place the next day eh... I was only able to collect my package on Friday, after having used the delivery rescheduling on Tuesday evening to deliver to a Point Relay (option NEVER offered by the telephone interlocutors!), because I have other things to do my life than waiting for one of the FedEx employees or their subcontractors to want to do the job they are paid to do. Are they overloaded? We all are during this period (I'm working 10 hours a day at the moment). And that doesn't allow you to blatantly lie about follow-ups! My tip 1: NEVER use FedEx for your shipments. My seller confirmed to me that he is looking for another solution to the competition because I am not the only one who has struggled My advice 2: If you have to call the after-sales service number: on the answering machine, say "speak to an advisor" several times, otherwise this filth will hang up on you and you won't be able to get any answer anyway My advice 3: if you are waiting for a package, and the delivery person stops you for the first time: don't waste your time. Wait for the delivery rescheduling email and request a Point Relay. The package then becomes a Mondial Relay package and there, the job will be well done, with a Mondial Relay number when it arrives at the store you have chosen!

Their incompetence is abysmal: first and last time I have had FEDEX delivered. My package has still not arrived: unlike other delivery companies, they are unable to leave the package at a relay point or give you reliable information. The website is extremely poorly done. I called a premium rate number twice to confirm the delivery of my package on a date that they did not respect. I am absolutely furious!!!!

Incompetent delivery company, which does not meet its delivery times, flee. Too bad we have to give at least one star. I really understand the lousy 1.4 rating.

I have been waiting indefinitely for more than 3 weeks for my package to be delivered but I no longer hope. The delivery person claims that my address does not exist or that I was not at home when he visited (I wait at home all day) when obviously: this is false. I called a paid number twice to set a delivery date which was not respected each time. Their bad faith is patent. My mailbox is available from the street but of course, nothing. The website is poor because it is very difficult to access. I personally have not been able to log in to take any action other than seeing that my package is stuck with them for an unknown reason. I do not recommend anyone to engage with them for delivery as you will never see your package arrived and personally I would avoid any service working with them.
