I call in these morning the expensive customer service to be sure that they have all to perform delivery on the same day. They confirmed all was ok, phone, address. And they send me a mail 2h later to say delivery is postponed due to missing inputs from my side ! Unprofessional !

In addition to my reporting to your customer service. The delivery man indicated that our address was wrong because he could not find my name, although it is noted on my mailbox and on the intercom. The package was finally deposited in front of the door of the guard, outside in sight of everyone with 2 other packages, without having indicated its presence. My companion was present each time and no one rang, no one contacted me by phone. Your service is absolutely deplorable and has nothing to do with service!
