Why two stars? Because the package is delivered to a partner merchant, instead of being delivered to the address initially planned. My request for explanations ended up with a response "the package is delivered to a partner". Why pay for a service, if it is not up to par?

Deplorable service. They invoke an address problem to not deliver the package, they do not try to contact the recipient by phone, their tracking number is completely useless, and finally they send the package back to the sender without any explanation. To this day my package remains untraceable and they refuse explanations.

Not terrible experience. No coordination between departments when contacting FedEx by email or phone. And the virtual chat is really virtual... The only positive point was the courteous and friendly welcome at the warehouse to collect the package

Worst service in the world!! Being pro, they deliver to me when the store is closed and leave me a notice, yet I specify the schedules. I waste time, energy and money because of them. I hope I never have to deal with them again! Go to Ups
