Terrible - packages are delayed every time they come through this agency. FedEX should absolutely stop using them as they are UTTERLY USELESS My experience is not isolated, I have received at least four FedEx packages that got routed through this agency, with delays ranging from a couple of days to TWO WEEKS.

A useless phone number. I call them since yesterday because no delivery of my package. The transport companies are getting worse and worse (change jobs guys!!) And you can say thank you to google which obliges us to put at least 1 star. It's not even worth it.

In one month, out of all the packages I received via this transport company, three, of great value, were broken. The first two, the carrier left, so today, seeing that the box was in a terrible state, I asked him to wait for me to check the condition of the object. No luck for him: the two bronzes were broken, into a thousand pieces, even though I had paid a very high price for them. I don't know how this company does it, but it's bullshit. And surprisingly, all the items I receive broken, with boxes in catastrophic condition, are ALL from TAE Logistics. there is a real concern. I try to call: no answer! The next package I receive broken, I go back up to sue because there is obviously a problem.

Following a loss of package (FedEx information), the person I spoke to on the phone responded very well to my request, the package was delivered the next day. Very operational.
