I ordered a package that I was to receive at home on Tuesday May 31, I received a message to say that it could not be delivered because I was absent while I was at home. So delivery scheduled for June 1st I am at home and I receive a message to say that it has arrived in a tobacconist several km from my home. Delivery man not at all serious. Also impossible to contact them by phone. When I wanted to make a claim on their site, it asks me for a 16-digit parcel number when you can only put 14 digits, so it is impossible to make a claim.
