I asked for delivery to a relay point and without consultation I was delivered to the Saint Ouen l'aumône warehouse. I went there and learned that my packages had been returned to the seller. A manager came to meet me saying I will request a return to the initial relay point and will call you back once available. It's been 2 weeks since I've been waiting for news and no one responds to such whatever the time and day of opening of this warehouse official. Incompetent and unserious delivery, telephone and manager service. There's not one to catch up with the other

If only it was possible to give this bunch of incompetents 0 stars.. Appointments not respected, useless customer service, lack of politeness and professionalism of couriers and warehouse managers. I wonder how La Redoute was able to choose them among all the reliable carriers that exist. It's a shame to have to deal with a company like that.

The relay point was changed at the last moment in favor of this one, I learned that at the last moment. I was afraid to go there by reading the reviews but in the end everything went well. You have to put the address on Google Maps to find it directly but otherwise fast and efficient. On the other hand, they did not ask for the identity card, just the name, so security level to be improved, apart from that very good.
