I ordered an item and when the delivery man forgot the package and he returns 5 days later I am told that the package is undeliverable, after 2h30 of waiting on the phone to have the package relay nothing more has happened past package still undeliverable. It's still a package in front of me at the relay point that I can't be given and in the end the package that I paid for will leave. The peak? Receive an SMS that says "Relais colis invites you to come and collect your package to relieve your relay... in this intense period" without messing around? really ? do you really think you are doing your job well? Never again

Unacceptable!!!! I have never seen a delivery take so many days to arrive! Order placed on August 23, 2021 picked up by parcel relay on August 24, 2021. We are on August 30, 2021 still no package so 7 days of delivery in progress (delivery within 48 hours)!!! They called me just now to tell me that we can agree on an appointment for September 4 for the return of the package and not before because they have overflowed. No but I'm dreaming ???!!!! What is this madness !!! 14 days to receive my package instead of 48 hours. I strongly advise you to avoid relay parcels!

Deplorable customer service. My usual parcel relay was supposedly unavailable, and my parcel was therefore transferred to another point more than 30km from my home without my being able to have my say. I cannot move now (health reasons) and customer service is hiding behind its T & Cs to say that it's like that and that's it, that my package would be available for 8 days in the new parcel and point relay closed off. No consideration for the health reasons mentioned, a shame !!!!

TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY No crisis management! A package arrived on October 24, 2020 at the relay. I move on October 29 in the morning (10 am), before confinement and there I am told that my package has left !!! I tried to reach them several times for almost a week in vain via their site to obtain information and possibly a delivery to another relay. The sender of the package tells me to have been informed that the package has returned to him because dixit "I have too long to come and get it" !!!!! I find this approach as non-commercial and unprofessional. I sent and received many packages through this company and well I believe they lost a good customer. In addition: Today, November 5, 2020, I go to the depot to pick up another package and I am told that no other package is available to me. No one is able to tell me where the parcel is! Total incompetence in my eyes Third problem: a third package has just been returned to the sender without any delivery information and possible collection at a collection point (although open) or at the depot (to which I went yesterday). No response to my various requests via the site contact form. A company that is definitely neither professional nor open to communication. Definitely, I will no longer work with them, even if I have to travel more km to collect my packages
