being obliged to go to Béziers to pick up a Cdiscount package. so 76 kms go back from my house. the storekeeper is downright wrong with the package. so when I got home I had to go back to Béziers to bring it back and change it with the right package. in addition to that, I had to go and help the storekeeper to pick up the package. and the least politeness for a civilized person is to apologize. To err is human and excuses are gratuitous.

I paid for delivery at home but the delivery man did not want to deliver me to my house 3 days when he said that we were absent with a delivery notice in the mailbox while we were present and nothing in the box I do not recommend at all

Terrible service. I was waiting for a package, for which I had been given a (large) slot from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. I took my day to stay because my reception was essential. at 2:45 pm I receive a sms "we could not deliver to you". The driver had my cell phone, though. Two unsuccessful calls to the Tel Express depot ("the manager is busy, call back in half an hour"), I finally threw in the towel, I should pick up my package in a relay at D + 1, while I paid more for delivery at home on D-Day I call it incapable. Of course I filed a complaint with the company that shipped the package to me.

Hello, Delivery man who does not show up at the home despite the note hanging on the door and saying: "we are present at the home" (my window overlooks the door and since this morning 8:00 am we are either in front of the door or behind the door). The delivery man marks "absent at home"!! What a shame, why lie like that?
