Unable to retrieve my package they are not able to call the number on the delivery address… They have had the package since last week and still no news a real disaster for a delivery service over 42 €!! A shame.

Delivery of 50 birthday roses ... arrived two days later in a pitiful state. Ashamed ! Two notices of deposits stipulating neither the place where the parcel is deposited, nor the recipient. I agree with all of the very negative reviews. don't be surprised!!! this carrier has the monopoly of Ariège. They do what they want and above all don't get angry because as punishment you will get a delay in delivery ....... there you go !!!!!
