Some time ago, I was expecting an URGENT package for professional reasons. 1 week after the scheduled delivery date, my neighbor knocks on my door and hands me the delivery note he found... on the ground in the outdoor parking lot... Today it was my English clients who had their 7 pieces of luggage delivered so that they did not have to travel with them and have them arrived at their destination. Of the 7 only 4 have been delivered... In principle they will have the other 3 in 3 or 4 days... INADMISSIBLE totally useless service as the assistant of my clients from London told me...

Hello, Location without visible exterior signage. No one in the audience for 300 meters around knew where DHL Mandelieu was. Arrived in front of the counter, the staff did not have a "scanette"... That Saturday, I went home while waiting for La Poste to open the following week. Not serious. (PS: I don't work at La Poste :-)
