2 days lost, I'm waiting for my package. I phone and I lose 13min (paying of course), for a computer to tell me that customer service is unavailable. Is this a joke?! Do we have to pick up our package? Say it right away, we'll waste less time! Even an hour away! 1 star, and that's good because you can't put 0! I am professional, but know that I would never use your services for my clients, ever!

There is a problem. My package is supposed to have been presented at my home, but, according to the delivery man, I was not there .... Except that I was there, and no one came! Unable to reach them except from a premium rate number. I succeeded anyway, but can't (or won't?) Answer my questions. Update: I received my package after an online complaint.

I was never delivered despite the assurance from customer service that the package would arrive, the delivery man indicated that I was absent when he did not even bother to ring the intercom. I was walked around like this for over a week. Forced to move to retrieve the package (in full containment) when I had paid to be delivered to my home. And this isn't the first time it's happened to me. Unacceptable, a big big lack of respect and professionalism in this company.
