1 Star to say I hated my experience. 0 stars to show my level of appreciation. Apart from lying to customers they don’t actually do anything at all. If a package is ordered using express delivery to arrive on Monday and by Thursday they still did not show up, you may want to rethink your strategy on blaming the customer. My wife is at home with a baby all day. There is a reception at the building, available all day. My address is setup in eBay, used for MANY deliveries. They take 4 days and 4 times to state that the address is wrong. Here’s a clue. The person living at the address, KNOWS their address 100% of the time. You saying it’s incorrect is pure LAZY INCOMPETENCE.
