Organization to review. I was expecting a package at my home. I receive an SMS from DHL with the mention "Address not found" This is curious because I often have it delivered to my home. I receive another SMS telling me that there will be a new delivery attempt the next day. Unfortunately the next day, new SMS with the mention "address not found" and asking me to contact DHL. I go to their premises the next day and there no one is able to tell me where my package is. In the meantime, I receive an SMS informing me that my package has been dropped off at a collection point without further details (so I say BRAVO!!!). With the help of the site on which I ordered the item, I was able to learn that DHL had dropped off the package at a relay point near my home. It would have been good to let me know and tell me the address of this relay point.

Supposedly the delivery man could not deliver! And supposedly on the way to a relay point! In the end, the package has still not been delivered to the relay point either! Robotic customer service that teaches me Nothing! IF you are unable to deliver CLOSE your business.
