The most horrible service I have EVER received from a courier. Tried to have the parcel re-delivered and no-show. Wow. Trying to send a Christmas gift to my daughter and partner. No parcel, they do not answer their business line for inquiries. Their online tracking system does not find the reference code provided. These people should not be in business. Stay away from TNT. I couldn't post this unless I gave them at least one star. Unreal! They don't even deserve zero stars. Incompetence at it's finest!!

TNT is the worst shipping service I… TNT is the worst shipping service I have ever experienced. I have a international package ship via TNT, shipped on 21st Dec and arrive in France on 23rd Dec ( schedule to be delivered on 26th DEC) Due to the holiday season, I have patiently waiting. Call the international customer service number on 27th, but no one answer. Call again on 30th, I was told it will be delivered on 2nd Jan, confirm me that the driver will call before. 2nd Jan, no package no phone call, I called again they said they won't be able to deliver that day, but will do it next day. 3rd Jan, I call them to confirm if the package is coming, but instead they told me they don't know where is my package and don't know why the other person told me it will delivered today. I get very angry with answer then they rensure me that I will receive the package on 3rd Jan afternoon( friday). later I receive a phone call from tnt , it is not possible to get my package on 3rd Jan and give me a national tracking number and promise me that I will definitely receive my package on Monday 6th Jan. From my first phone call, i give them my phone number ( which should be already on the package and tracking file), each phone call I asked them if they got all the information. EVERYTIME THEY SAID YES AND PROMOSIE ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE PACKAGE THE NEXT DAY. 6th Jan, I wait all day at home, no one call, nothing. I checked the website, it saids no one home and avis de rampassage depose. I can't say TNT is garbage, but TNT France is the worst shipping company I have ever experienced and will never trust this company again. DO NOT USE TNT They seems trying very hard to not solve the problem, everything will solve itself the next day. The customer service, can not give a answer and keep saying that they will call me back with a answer, but they never did. They company has no honesty. Shame

bad, super bad, cannot find other bad words to describe, I will give TNT negative star if I could, never tried to find my address, they can just simply search on google, but just directly put cannot find address without a try. Nowadays, every time I buy from Amazon, and when it says deliver by TNT France, I directly ask for a replacement by other delivery companies...
