To flee ! I'm giving 1 star because you can't put any. I had to deal twice with TNT. The first by choice and no one came to pick up my package as agreed. We call them and they don't know what to say. result I was never reimbursed and I had to go through another provider. Second time, I ordered a sewing machine on a site that went through TNT. These good-for-nothings delivered it to one of my neighbors at the same time as other parcels. Luckily the neighbor in question was honest and brought my package back to me two days later. In the meantime, I sent two emails to customer service and never received a response. Business that should be closed! Incompetents!!!!!!!!!

Our stove broke down, so we ordered the defective part with delivery within 24 hours. Delivery therefore scheduled for this day (10/12/22). We saw the delivery man speed past our street without stopping. He didn't even call, even though we provided our cell phone number for that. Results no delivery, but in addition, a few minutes later we found that our package was in error of address. Who are we laughing at? And of course on Saturday you can reach people, all TNT services are closed. We pay for delivery within 24 hours. It's easy to break your commitment with this technique. Apartment, from what we have read, TNT is a follower of the incident on parcels when the delivery is on Saturday. I urge you to go your way if you order and TNT delivers. After research, we found the TNT agency in Nantes. We went directly to this one and we came across 2 ladies who were super efficient. After explaining the problem to them, they struggled to contact the delivery person and pass it on to me. This one had indeed passed in front of our house, but he did not find our accommodation and he did not think of contacting us. We dream! So I made him go back to the depot so we could get our package. The delivery guy didn't seem happy but we got our package back and finally got our heating back on. I maintain that deliveries by TNT are to be avoided, by account, I would like to emphasize the welcome and the responsiveness of the 2 ladies at the reception.

Delivery not made for reason "recipient absent" while I was present at my home. The delivery man dropped off my package at a relay point the next day without even bothering to come to my home as initially agreed. Conclusion: deadlines and delivery services not respected... Better to use another company to receive or send parcels. Ps: following complaint, response from typical customer service that has nothing to do with my complaint, so that means that they don't care at all. I consider myself happy to have received my package because if there is a problem, it is clear that there will be no help from the company.
