Inadmissible delivery .... a real shame. Delivery scheduled for a Thursday, the delivery man calls on Tuesday when I'm working, and it's time to get yelled at because I'm not at home, it's not normal that the package will leave, that's all in short, a real shame for your delivery people who are rude. !!!!!!! Never call on your services

I have just now (08/23/22 10:45 a.m.) to have an operator by telephone, this gentleman was a little less courteous and borderline polite. allowing himself to breathe when not having understood what he was saying to me I "dared" to ask him to repeat I still have no response to my request for information!!

A package was to be delivered to me by TNT (now Fedex): I was absent, I asked for a second passage, the delivery man never came, and then my package was marked "delivered" at TNT. I contacted them, not happy, two days after my package was delivered by TNT/Fedex! Today they worked well and made up for it well.
