As much as I was complimentary on the previous delivery, as much this time, it's nonsense!!! Delivery scheduled for Wednesday July 6th. Message from TNT "away or closed" when there was always someone at home. Re delivery scheduled for July 7th. Message on the mailbox, we cannot block several days for a delivery, and there I have a message that my package is at my disposal at a relay merchant 18 km from my home. What are your explanations please.

I waited quietly for my package at my home, the delivery man did not come. First message by SMS telling me that the package is dropped off at a relay point. I go to this relay point which tells me that it does not have it. I send an email to customer service, I have been waiting for a response for 10 days.... The same evening, second SMS with a new relay point, I pick up my package the next day at this point. Balance sheet 45 km traveled is still no news from customer service to apologize or anything. What a quality service...... 👌👌👌👌 One star too many!!!

No words to describe this courier! I am absolutely outraged by this delivery man who dared to throw a 35kg package over my 2m gate, which fell on a sheath and damaged my electrical installation! The package is in pieces, it blocked my entrance I had to climb my gate! No but where are we going? And as a contact number a 0800 at 2.99€ per call?? You surprise me that they don't want to be reached by telephone! SCANDAL

Scandal. "TNT Leader in express delivery", it's not difficult to be fast when you only deliver half of the customers!!! Parcel to be delivered today, the delivery man apparently comes at 8:30 am, but we were facing the door and no one came, not a call, nothing. Apparently a calling card has been filed, but again nothing. Constraint to call the TNT shipping agency (paying call which will have cost me 20 minutes of waiting and 4€!!!) so that I can be offered a redelivery the next afternoon or the following week, or that I pick up my package myself at the agency 30km from my home. What else can I say...!

Liars do not pass cancel the delivery lie about your absence invent closings for holidays for an individual works in the street that are wrong in short it can last for days and when finally we do it in a relay point it works... worse than all delivery services and as a bonus taxed number for customer service abroad which reads to you what is written on the internet page one star because I cannot put zero
