Extremely delayed packages. Drlivery man does not ring and the the package is not "reasy for pickup" for another two weeks. Waited for my package from the UK for 2 months in total, whereas original estimated delivery time was around a week and on the site it is still marked "on time".

It's in a zone industrielle, and a long way to go to FedEx something, but it's well marked and the staff are helpful with international shipping requirements.

Hello, really very disappointing experience, I have been going around in circles for 48 hours now, calling customer service 8 times where they answer me the same thing each time, nothing can be done, we tell your delivery agency who will contact you again, which is good. obviously not the case a package which was to be delivered on Monday, not having had time to recover them because the delivery man left too quickly, it is not a big deal but hey, I am promised delivery the next day when I call and finally by calling today I am told that it will be delivered only on Wednesday. Of course that's for the times when I was answered because otherwise they hung up on me 2 or 3 times or quite simply left the phone running with a big blank. I am currently at 21€ of additional costs on delivery because of course the customer service is paying.

Not great, Delivery guy would have passed but I didn't see anyone. A first person who didn't really listen to what I said. On site, I see employees who look on the verge of suicide. Fortunately, I had a second pleasant person on the phone and only a pleasant Person on the spot.

Seem incapable at first sight, are really so at second sight. The lady on the phone was however more than correct in the morning (hence my note), her colleague who took the hand face to face should telecommute to have less to do with customers given the reception... I imagine that my comment will not sketch more of a smile on its reader than what I could have had at the reception. Shame.
