Quick telephone reception and very responsive hostess, who immediately knew how to solve the problem and who apologized several times…. Delivery the next morning by a very friendly delivery man……Really pleasant compared to other delivery companies which are horrible (like gls not to mention them) Deliveries are important especially when we are professionals and we are waiting for the products for our customers.. a big zero point! (one star because we have to but they don't deserve it) A first appointment scheduled for March 25 in the morning. Change of appointment announced by message on the 25th at 8:40 a.m. for the afternoon between 1:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. There, it's 4:00 p.m., still no one and no justification, no message. I go to the website with the tracking number and there I see "postponed delivery" without further comment. In conclusion, a day lost for nothing, but that, GEODIS doesn't care, they have already invoiced the delivery and the quality of the service is not their problem! I'm curious to see the continuation of this "service".

0/5 Well deserved, but the minimum score that we can display and 1/5 and that's too much for them !!! If you want to spend days for nothing, wait all day, without ever receiving your package, this is the company for you !!!! It is rare that I make such a comment, but geodis is the only carrier that is not one, the only one with which I am sure never to receive my packages on the scheduled day, or to receive it simply because they lose a lot of it it's practical to arrange the house !!!! No need to keep your cell phone with you all day either, we won't call you. If only each site specified its carrier, I can tell you that I will make sure not to order with them anymore! A customer very very angry and as usual waiting for a package which will probably have disappeared by magic !!!!
