The worst ever service! The poorest ever service I have had from an apparent customer service department. Never use this company be aware! In fact if they continue to carry on like this you will not have a chance to use them as they will have no customers left and will be out of business.

I try to be polite. a package, twice customs clearance, 4 days of blocking, how is it possible? you haven't even checked if customs clearance has already been done in Paris before starting again in Nantes? there is no sign in your system? ? DHL customs agents say the package can be delivered right away, and customer service says it's missing an invoice. there are contradictions in your system? since customs clearance has already been completed and this is confirmed several times by your customs agent, why are you still blocking the package? to wait to be delivered as a Christmas present??
