I don't usually give bad reviews but here I have to. I waited for my package scheduled for 11:25 a.m. and when I go to get my mail from the mailbox there was a notice from the driver noted at 9:40 a.m. So we try to wait for the carrier at the scheduled time but we can always wait.

Hello, As soon as I have to have a delivery made by Geodis, things go wrong. 15 days to have my television in June with always deliveries canceled at the last moment… when it was delivered the delivery man practically threw it on the ground. Now, I am still waiting for a package and the delivery person does not come to the right address even though I have even provided details in addition to the address. On the delivery tracking there is a photo of a gate that absolutely does not correspond to my address. It is almost impossible to reach them on the phone or even to contact the carriers during his tour. My comment is in line with many users…how can a group like Geodis accept such a situation?

I had an order for two packages. Only one package having arrived, I contacted Géodis de Boulazac who did what was necessary to send me the second the next day. The telephone reception was warm. Likewise, the delivery guy (Quentin) was sympathetic and reassured me that the package will come fine. Thanks.
