Forced to put a star. We will say that it is simply for unnecessary DHL referencing… Attempting to drop off a DHL return package. The DHL return label is stuck on the package, but the merchant tells me that this is the wrong code. I explain to him that it is the one proposed on the merchant site for the return. Nothing to do. No effort and no sample code that is supposed to be compliant for him. In short, if you need anything, run there.

Ashamed. Stuck in Bali, I've been waiting for my medication for more than 2 weeks, only to learn that my package is still in France! Nobody who warns, 3 emails without answers and telephone customer service which is useless! No recourse, and package not even returned to my address in France and no indication of where it is for my family to pick it up... inadmissible.
