We were finally delivered the next afternoon by another GLS delivery man (who was very kind to him) without having been notified. I sent a built-in oven to my mother in a hyper-protected package with fragile mention ... it arrived smashed in all directions (broken windows, folded aluminum walls ...). The driver did not want to wait for the control of the package; to escape his responsibility, he pretended to be late. My mother not having signed any receipt, the delivery man has usurped her signature! The gendarmerie will take care of this case.

Poor service. Two days that I am present at home to receive my package and two days of waiting and still nothing: not even a slip in my mailbox. The first day, it seems that I was absent. The second day, it seems that my address was faulty. So I opted for a delivery point relay but it is absolutely not normal to pay so much for such poor service. Customer service is unreachable. Given the number of reviews similar to mine, it is not the COVID crisis that will complete the company but the incompetence of the agency
