Catastrophic. Packages are always delivered to neighbors without my permission!!! Not everyone has honest neighbors!! I haven't received any of my last packages! We can't even reach you, we just have to deal with a miserable robot that repeats over and over on the package is delivered! but in no case at my house!

Terrible and absolutely unprofessional delivery man. Returning an order on a site where I usually place orders, I've never had any problems! 2 times a return of a new order, package delivered (tracking) excluding no calls from the delivery person, nothing. I live in a residence and the package was not delivered to the reception of my residence. Apparently delivery men leave the packages abandoned in front of the establishment and at the reception without the presence of the staff. I'm not the only one this has happened to. (I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND) Fedex 👎
