2 parcels balanced on a corner of the reception of my company without the delivery man showing up at the reception. The delivery man signed the delivery note for us, thus making a forgery. Bad luck, we weren't expecting two packages, but 3. The delivery man had the nerve to tell the company where we had placed our order that the 3 packages had been delivered. So he stole a package, knowing that it was also a calendar desk pad... Frankly, he must have been disappointed with his purchase... It's really lamentable. I hope we never have the opportunity to work with you again!

If I could put zero I would. We send you an email that says "we have noted that you will pick up your package on ....". And when you show up, they tell you... Oh well, he hasn't arrived, he's in Paris, he's supposed to arrive tonight. Never seen. What incompetence and what a mouthful.

Seeing the other comments, I told myself that it was not going to be won for the delivery of my order. In the end, no worries. A person called me in the morning to ask me if the delivery could be made the afternoon of the same day. We then receive an SMS with a link to follow the number of deliveries before ours. Very professional delivery man. For my part, I recommend without worries (and yet I too have had problems with deliveries from other companies)

I don't see how you can do worse than a delivery by Geodis, testimonials follow one another around me and not a single positive one. Three deliveries with a semi-trailer for a small package for delivery in the countryside on a small dirt road. I asked for a small vehicle and I was entitled to a semi-trailer for the second and third time, despite my indications. It was I who finally recovered the package at my expense from their warehouse. Ironically, the staff at the warehouse told me naively: "one is never better served than by oneself".... I don't think he was ironic.
