This delivery agency sucks. He does not deliver parcels during opening hours and if you are closed he does not represent the parcel, he drops it off at a relay point without notifying you. Except when you lost the package as happens from time to time. The worst is when you call them they are awesome friendly. Good for nothing and bad for everything.

Incompetent delivery person! He certifies on the phone that he is going to drop off the package that he is 1km from us... and nothing at all!!! Lamentable. And I put this comment because it's not the first time with this delivery guy!!!

Does not make the difference between the delivery address and that of the customer! The package contains a car part, I insisted that it be delivered directly to the garage because my car is there and I have to pick it up very quickly... Here I am obviously with the part at home, which I have to bring to the garage 10km away... on foot! The delivery man did not want to take it back, to drop it off again, not being on his way.

I ordered on December 6, my package took 2-3 days to deliver Italy - France, it's been 1 week now that my package should have been delivered to me, but no, it is blocked in Carentan for x reason? I call because it's still a week and I'm waiting for the Christmas holidays. Apparently it's not their problem to pay shipping costs for it? I would have done better to abstain. Worst customer service

One star because I can't put zero. The delivery man "Freddy" doesn't even bother to stop while I'm at home, on purpose to receive an urgent package. And I get a notification that I'm away. Absolute bullshit!
