paid for 48h delivery, Tracking number doesn't work, people in the office are not professional and even rude, they don't accept bank cards only cash or checks, i went to the atm to withdraw money then after i came back , The guy shouted at me saying 'pas de monnaie' meaning he doesn't want to return the change, even though i gave him 30 euros and the price was 26 !!!! the lady there was nice enough to return the 4 euros. Well the important thing i was promised that my shippment was to be delivered today, and when i called they told me tomorrow. Honestly this branch has to be changed. DHL has to intervine or this place will be omitted from google maps due to low reviews.

DHL is really the best parcel/mail delivery service in Bourges (and even elsewhere)! Nothing to do with the other competitors…. Thanks to Jason who is professional and very accommodating, it is rare and very appreciable! Don't change that :)

Being refused the basic right to inspect the package, the good was the goods and its conformity, because the delivery person is in a hurry. Being forced to raise your voice to have the right to a simple exterior inspection of the package. Being pushed, or even being forced to sign the receipt without even being able to look at the package, is not really a correct attitude and in accordance with customer rights.
