I am expecting a delivery by Geodis from their Laval depot. I was emailed with a delivery time and date but nothing had arrived by the end of the time period. We went out. I received an email to say they had attempted to deliver but as it was past the time they had stipulated there was nobody to accept the delivery. I was given the option of a day for a new delivery and received acknowledgement of the date with hours from 0800 to 1800 We remained at our home through this time but no delivery arrived. There is is no email address to contact Geodis so we have taken this step to record our disgust at Geodis service.

the delivery man says he passed by and found no one, except that's totally false, the car was in the yard of the house, I was working at home, no one ever rang, and above all no call or notice of passage in the mailbox!!! It's not the first time that geodis has done it, too bad we can't choose your delivery agency!! No no no no!!

Really no respect! Very bad temper! The delivery man is wrong about the address and he calls me saying that our name on the mailbox does not match, normal he is not at the right address. I can understand that he has a difficult job but at times you also have to respect others. He yells at me and says insults and he hangs up on my face (when I have just repeated our address and name) then he realizes his mistake and in the end he delivers my mail and zero excuses! I do not recommend! Very aggressive and unpleasant!

delivery man who says he went when no worse he told his company that he rang and no one answered him, but what he zapped was that I have a baby and there is a sign with mentioned not ringing so he doesn't know bothered to come to the door, shabby
