shut it down , why have a hub that’s gonna hold your item and won’t do anything with it literally just keeping it for themselves, I keep on getting “operational delay” at this point they just don’t want to work. Hopefully I get my package soon, I will call later but this has to be shut down.

Date: 20.04.2022 Time: 20:00 a man of black hair, of shorter stature. The man who works as a security guard at the entrance, very arrogant and arrogant, acts as if he is his Fedex. Unpleasant and arguing with people who stand in the second lane of cars. Neither he nor most of the employees speak English, which is not normal for a company that works with other countries and foreigners come. When I came across he was outside and I came up behind him and said "Sorry, where can I check in for loading" he didn't want to answer me and went to the cottage, until I came inside he didn't want to talk. People like this ruin a company's reputation. In Belgium and the Netherlands, much kinder people.

Absolute trash. My important package, which is very time pressured, is under "operational delay" for the last few days. Was meant to have been delivered already. It would be more reliable to send your package by carrier pigeon. Worst delivery service I have ever used.

The absolute worst hub and service you will ever experience. The work ethic and culture at this facility is absolutely broken and needs to be gutted from the top down. Large freight sitting at this location for multiple weeks, trace opened hub is unresponsive. A week later freight gets scanned as departed hub and eight hours later another scan as operational delay with no scheduled delivery date. This place is a joke. Try ups, or Dhl but avoid FEDEX and this hub at all cost. Unresponsive staff, inept service.

Honest Review: Not very happy right now. There is no customers service to update me on my package which I have reached out to several times through Facebook and Email, no response. It was supposed to be delivered already. My package is very time sensitive and is under operational delay for exactly a week now.
