Correction: Out of three FRAGILE packages, two arrived broken, which is very unfortunate BUT after completing the satisfaction survey, I received a call from the company apologizing and explaining the possible reasons that led to the breakage of my products. Added to this is the speed with which the company responded to my comment, so customer service is available and responsive. Unfortunately I can't afford to send broken items back to the seller as I need them right away.
