Correction: Out of three FRAGILE packages, two arrived broken, which is very unfortunate BUT after completing the satisfaction survey, I received a call from the company apologizing and explaining the possible reasons that led to the breakage of my products. Unfortunately I can't afford to send broken items back to the seller as I need them right away.
