Not at all serious and not professional. A waste of time with them 😡 I made an appointment for a little antenna problem, except that the day of the appointment the guy didn't come 😠 A few tens of minutes after the appointment time, I receive a call telling me that the technician cannot come because he is on an intervention that he has not finished, so he cannot leave. The lady obviously apologized and told me that he was going to finish his speech and spend the evening at 6 p.m. without fail... At 4 p.m. the technician finally called me to tell me that he had finished his intervention and to ask me for information. He gave me a little diagnosis over the phone and confirmed his arrival at 6 p.m. On the other hand, the guy never came!! No answer on the phone or call back despite two voicemails left on his voicemail!! No answer either or callback from the lady who called me in the morning and told me that he was going to pass without fail!! So in the end only frustration and waste of time with them, not to mention the details of the day because I had appointments that I had to postpone for nothing 🤬 I ended up involving another company, serious, the problem is solved in less than an hour.
