Unfortunately, I will not upgrade this carrier's rating. Delivery of a wood stove, the driver did not have my telephone number or my full address, I had not been notified of the delivery when it was agreed. Luckily, I was at home but when we opened the truck, we found that the pallet had fallen over, causing serious damage to the stove. So, of course, I refused the stove. This is borderline incompetent service.

Never take this delivery service, I wanted to try never again. I order on Thursday with a departure of the package the same day, a delivery announced for 2 DAYS later. So on Saturday, the package arrives at a warehouse that is 5 minutes from my house, and (you have to choose a slot to have it delivered or picked up), the next appointment for delivery is next Wednesday? So almost ONE WEEK later? I paid 5 euros because calling them obviously costs money, so that they give me a free number that never answered, even though it was a very important package. Never seen that, frankly never again, just see the other reviews.

No news of a package supposedly presented twice at our home while there is always someone present at the place of delivery - In addition of course no delivery notice was left - Final bouquet for join them a surcharged number - Shameful!

Extremely unhappy with the NON delivery of my package of health materials this morning. Your delivery guy took a photo of my intercom as proof that he didn't have access, except that you don't need a code, just ring my name!!!!!!!!! And when we try to reach him on the phone obviously he does not answer. A disgrace for a delivery of medical products
